Born and raised in Casablanca Morocco, Mehdi moved to the United state at the age of 16 to pursue his culinary passion. Mehdi managed several fine and casual restaurants throughout the globe including 10 years with Four Seasons Hotels. In 2006, Mehdi moved to Las Vegas and opened Crazy Pita Rotisserie and grill. Crazy Pita has been rocketed to popularity and cemented as Las Vegas favorite eatery for 17 years due to its amazing fresh casual Mediterranean cuisine. Mehdi's heavy involvement with local nonprofits organizations stems from his feelings of responsibility as a local business owner.
