With over 25 years of experience in financial services between banking and credit, and 6 years directly focused on funding for hospitality owners, Caroline deeply understands the financial struggles that hospitality owners face when building profitability into their business. She started her financial career at Scotiabank (one of Canadas largest banks) where she spent 19 years rising through the ranks and honing her financial acumen. From there, she took a break from finance while raising her family to help grow her husband’s coffee roasting business. During her 7 years there, she built a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape and how to manage cash flow to drive profitability. In 2017 she joined SilverChef to bring together her love of hospitality and depth of financial experience. At SilverChef she has built a high performing Customer Success team who live the SilverChef core values to deliver industry leading service to hospitality owners.
