With specialties in marketing, design, production, and entertainment, Adam has worked on thousands of events from concept and design through execution. Adam has created every scale of event from backyard barbeques to 200,000+ attendee festivals and concerts. While entertainment director for Indy Pride he oversaw the growth from two stages to four. This created a secondary music festival inside the greater pride festival that he and his team would run independent of the festival surrounding them. Through his work, Adam gained great knowledge of act recruitment, generating offers, contract management, and festival production.
